Summary: Fantastic Traverse City location! This spacious, bright, and charming 2-bedroom townhouse condo is just off the main strip, within walking distance to everything: restaurants, bars, local shops, beaches, kayak and SUP rentals, a movie theater, walking and biking trails, and festival events. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals if you prefer dining in. The condo also includes a laundry area. Enjoy free, secure parking in the private, attached garage, which comfortably fits two smaller cars.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Space: Main Floor- Living room (with TV) dining area, open full kitchen, half bathroom. Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, large closet, and TV. The guest room has a Queen Bed and full bathroom attached. Laundry on 2nd floor.
This townhome is 1,560 square feet.
Guest Access: Guests have access to an attached garage. Access to the garage can be a tight turn, and some guests have found it difficult to navigate a larger vehicle into it.
The Neighborhood: State Street is a main east/west corridor through downtown Traverse City, and you'll be right there. If you walk south on Boardman Ave, you hit 8th Street and a newly developed area of town called NOBO (North of Boardman Lake) Breweries, shops, TC Public Library, bike shops with rentals are this way, too.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

Such a great location with walking distance to all of downtown! We stayed the week of the Cherry Festival and were happy to park our car in the garage and walk everywhere! Property was cute and clean.

Great Location for a downtown Traverse City experience
The property was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities you would expect for a stay. We especially liked the proximity to downtown TC and the ability to walk everywhere. Katy was super responsive to any questions and provided a great experience. This was our first time staying in this location and we would definitely stay here again.
Great location, just at the edge of the downtown area, easy walking to the downtown restaurants, breweries, and stores, and also near other community neighborhoods. Katy is an awesome host, she made everything easy, including a bag of local ground coffee and a bottle of wine from Left Foot Charlie winery. I would rent again.
4 of us stayed. It was clean, has a nice layout, and everything you need. It is a short walk to get downtown. Parking is tight, but we fit 2 small SUVs in the garage.
We were in town for the weekend for a conference, and didn’t get much time at the condo, however, when we were there, it had everything we needed. Everything was clean and functional.
We loved our recent stay in downtown TC at Katy’s townhome. It is incredibly convenient with all of the downtown restaurants, shops, and the west bay with Clinch Park very walkable. The townhome was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. As noted, the garage is tight for a larger vehicle, but our 7 passenger SUV fit just fine. The booking and check-in process was easy and we will certainly be looking to stay here again.
We traveled to Traverse City as a group of 4 adults (2 married couples) to get away for the weekend. I loved that the condo is just steps away from all the restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We were able to fit our Honda van with a bike rack into the garage with a little effort, but it worked. House was amazing! No need to bring soap or shampoo as both full bathrooms have caddy filled with all you need. Kitchen fairly stocked, thougj bring your own storage bags if you intend to wrap any leftovers
The condo is very nice. It has all the necessities (coffee machine, toaster, towels, etc.) needed. It was very clean. Great location. Just a couple blocks to the center of Front Street. The use of the garage is a plus. We were able to fit two larger (Ford Flex, Chevy Traverse) into the garage. It took several repositionings, but we got them in there. Katy was very communicative and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location! Very spacious and clean. Those stairs really give you a great workout too..lol. Katy was very easy to contact and answer all my questions. Very close to town to walk to all the shops and waterfront. The attached garage was a plus too. It would have been nice to have an actual bath mat and not a regular rug when you got out of the shower. Upon arrival there was a nice handwritten note and bottle of wine! Cheers to a great vacation rental!
