The Space:
Experience the unique charm of this converted church home, where original woodwork, hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings create an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The interior features two private bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and another with a double bed, both decorated with botanical accents. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, while the former altar area has been transformed into a dedicated workspace with a long built-in desk. Two full bathrooms provide ample convenience for your stay. Step outside to the private brick patio, adorned with a vine-draped trellis, or explore the serene hillside garden that leads to a peaceful forest of towering pine trees.

Guest Access:
There are two spacious parking spots located in front of the garage.

Guests can enter the house through the gate next to the garage.

The home features keyless entry—your personalized access code will be sent to you prior to arrival for a smooth check-in.

Getting Around:
Nearby Water Access & Scenic Drives -
Turn right out of the driveway and in just 1 mile you’ll arrive at the Bingham public boat launch on Lake Leelanau—perfect for boating, kayaking, or enjoying peaceful lake views.

Turn left out of the driveway and continue 1.5 miles to M-22. Go straight across the road and you’ll find Bingham Township Park on Grand Traverse Bay. This charming waterfront park features a shaded lawn, BBQ grills, swings, and over 100 feet of sandy beach for relaxing and swimming.

From M-22, turn left and drive 2 miles north to Hilltop Road. There you’ll find another public boat launch with convenient parking on your right.

Although The Church House is located near a quiet backroads intersection, the home is well-insulated, keeping it peaceful and minimizing any road noise.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
