Enjoy this newly renovated spacious ranch in an unbeatable location. Ideally located between Traverse City and Suttons Bay, you'll find it easy to get around and take in all Leelanau Peninsula has to offer.

Perfect for wine weekends, romantic getaways, Cherry Festival adventures, fall color tours, or simply a weekend escape to Northern Michigan.

This property offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large great room for your group to gather. You will also have access to the 2 car garage, fire pit, two patios with seating, dining set, and grill. There is beach access nearby.

BEDROOM ONE: King Bed with walkout to back patio

BEDROOM TWO: King Bed overlooking a private back yard

BEDROOM THREE: Queen Bed with views of West Bay

KITCHEN: Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals.

LIVING SPACE: Seating for 9, your crew can lounge in the living room equipped with an 85 inch smart TV. You'll log in to access all of your streaming services.

BATHROOMS: Stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair tools.

LAUNDRY: Large capacity washers and dryers available for guests. Laundry soap is provided.

EXTRAS: A pack and play, high chair, children's toys and books, and board games are also provided.

Guests have access to the whole house. There are a few owner closets that are locked or off limits.

The barn is not available for guests.
