Gorgeous sunrise view of an all sports lake. This charming 2 story home has 2 living rooms and 4 exterior patio decks great for summer entertaining. There are views of the lake from most of the rooms. The lower level is a walk-out with some steps down to the beach. Lake bottom is sandy. Located on a private road 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. This house makes a great 2 family rental with a bunk room for the kids!

Great Location

Shannon was an excellent and responsive host and the photos were accurate. I stayed with my family (5 adults, 3 kids) for 1 week. I would not recommend this home for many more people than that because of the 1.5 bath and would not recommend any one use the sofa beds.

Not ready to rent

This property is on a beautiful lake. The house is old but charming. Unfortunately the beds are horrible, the carpets dirty and the couches old and dirty. There is a new canoe to use and that’s it. Said it was professionally cleaned but there was a huge amount of hair left in the tub, no plug for the tub to give a small child a bath. Screen door ripped. Overly priced in our opinion.
