The condo was great for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. My kids loved the heated bathroom floors and towel warmers! Location was great and within walking distance to most things. We would definitely stay again!

Property was exactly as described. It’s very close to all the downtown area has to offer. Parking will cost you $20 per night but the garage is right next to the property making it easy to get in and out should you have to go anywhere that can’t be done on foot. Place is very clean

Successful Girl’s Weekend

Property was comfortable and well-stocked with everything from coffee and creamer to Ziploc bags and paper towels to hair dryers and curling irons. The host Ryan was easy to reach when the door code was incorrect and he sent the correction right away. The only negative thing was completely out of the host’s hands: noisy birds woke one bedroom’s guests at 4am daily.

Excellent Condo

The condo is in downtown Traverse City within walking distance of everything. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Two minor items. Other downtown properties offer a prepaid pass to the parking structure, this one did not. Also, the sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on if you are inclined to watch tv. Otherwise, a very good place to stay.
