Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this is the perfect spot to kick back, while being close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer. Restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, and beaches are all nearby and awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City. First floor unit with easy access to outside, you will not be disappointed!



The Space:

This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username into any of the streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows.

Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a cozy queen bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV to stream any of your favorite shows. This room features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, a Keurig). A few K-cups of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.



Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided.

Very nice newer apartment

Even though it was rainy, grey and cold when we spent the weekend for our niece’s wedding, this place was a ray of sunshine. It was a great space for my wife, and brother-in-law and me.we took a nice little walk to several little beaches on the lake.

Traverse City Spring Break Adventure with the kids!

Easy in and out instruction, super clean, and had everything we needs -- towels, shampoo, body wash, made beds with plenty of linens, coffee maker with coffee, big spacious open kitchen and huge open walk-in closets in both rooms. Central location to be able to drive to any location easily around Traverse City and the Leelanau Peninsula. Definitely staying here again!

Amazing biking!!

This condo was clean and very comfortable for my group of 3 adults. Our host was kind enough to let us check in 1 hr early and the process was flawless. We really enjoyed the direct access to the bike trails and there was a helpful book that directed us to grocery and eateries around TC. We will stay here again!

Our stay was good and bad

There are several good points about our stay ... great location to bike trail, coffee shop and Bryant Park. Also the host always responded to messages quickly. But there were a couple of bad points too ... there was a dog next door that bark through out the day and into the night, there were ants in the carpets of both bedrooms, and a pair of dirty socks left in the closet by a previous guest. We will not return to return to this condo.

Easy parking and location -less than 1 mile walk from beach. Place was clean and Loved!! Check out process - didn’t have to do anything - just Pack and leave. Communication was very timely for any questions.

Property was in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to downtown and major travel routes. Property was clean and had comfortable beds. The two bedroom and two bathroom was a big convenance factor. Enjoyed the outside patio, it was a beautiful weekend. I would stay there again if I needed a place to stay in Traverse City.

Just blocks from my brother’s house, this condo was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Completely hassle free. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was a great added bonus. The condo was comfortable , cozy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We went to Traverse City over July 4th weekend and the Cherry Festival and had a great time. The condo was clean, each bedroom had a bathroom, and the check in and out process was super smooth. We changed our dates up a bit and they were very accommodating and great with communication. The only negative thing, if you can call it that, is that it’s about 1.5 mile walk to downtown if you’re not familiar with the area and didn’t want to drive. But that was super minor and the stay was great!

It was a great set up for 4 friends. Location was good, but hadn’t realized it was on a busy street. Little noisy early morning. Well stocked, clean, and appreciated the first floor since the elevator was out for a short while. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was good! No complaints other than a little traffic noise. Would book there again!

Super clean condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was immaculate, and was exactly as advertised. We felt very safe as there were codes for the building as well as the unit. Check in was easy, and we had one very minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly. It was in a great location—less than 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. We enjoyed the close proximity to the TART, a very nice walking and biking trail. Check out was great, as well—no cleaning required. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the unit layout. The walkthrough closet was a perfect spot for the pack n play, making it super dark for baby naps. The host was quick to reply. The place was neat, clean, and had lots of extra linens. The door to the building was never locked, so we never needed the code. The tenants above us were crazy loud in the middle of the night, but not something you can really control. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and thought it was great with a baby.

Perfect space for five adults

Just what we needed for a two couples and a single -- two bedroom suites plus a pull-out sofa. Be aware it's along a busy roadway, so if you are looking for beachfront ambience, this might not be your best choice. But for location to get to everything we wanted, it was perfect. Make a note to check your emails the day of check-in -- that's when you get the building key code, which is different from unit key code. But the property manager was quick to respond with the details.
