Modern and Stylish Condo Close to Downtown!

Summary:

New condo equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in Traverse City! Open concept layout that contains stainless steel appliances and new finishes throughout the entire space. Enjoy a loft bedroom that overlooks the condo and provides some privacy as well. There is a sleeper sofa on the main floor, as well as a Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite television shows. Basic kitchenware and cooking supplies are provided, if you prefer to eat-in for your meals.



The Space:

These condos were recently built and are ready to accommodate anyone who decides to visit. Please note that there is no Cable TV but there is a Smart TV in the living room but you will need to provide your own personal login to have access to the streaming services. Please remember to logout prior to your departure*.



Getting Around:

There is one parking spot dedicated for this unit. Please park in the spot that is labeled 508-3.



Interaction with Guests:

I will be available through the AirBnB app and there will be a welcome sheet provided in the unit with additional instructions for your stay.

Host was excellent at addressing our concerns right away. The unit itself was perfect for our needs and we appreciated its cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable and all linens including fluffy towels were very nice. Good location for exploring surrounding area with plenty of options for access to businesses. Would highly recommend.

A very pleasant stay

Had an amazing stay.Great location with a grocery store at walking distance, minutes to downtown and accessible amenities. The place was spotlessly with a very well equipped kitchen. A clearly labelled dedicated parking spot was easy and convenient. Check-in was smooth. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Winter weekend getaway

Everything was modern and clean! My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend in Traverse, and the location was a short drive to most of our destinations during the snowy stay. Ideal for the two of us.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay to enjoy all the fun things to do in Traverse City! We would look at staying here again on our next visit to the area. The kitchen was well equipped and a comfortable bed.

Fabulous stay in Traverse City

This condo was lovely! My significant other and I stayed for four nights and had a delightful time. We were able to cook almost every meal with ease and watch movies on the pull out bed! I’ll definitely come back for another stay!

This townhouse was great and exactly like the pictures. Great location near downtown and several wineries. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and kitchen equipped with all the basics. I highly recommend this cute townhouse.

This condo is in a GREAT location. You are close to downtown, wineries and restaurants. It has all that you need to make a meal or two at home too. Communication was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

Fall colors

The place was perfect for us. Wish there would have been a view besides the neighbors. The place was clean loved the Ethan Allen decor. Stayed there to see the fall colors and Traverse City delivered, close to wineries that we visited out on mission peninsula.

Bayshore Marathon/Traverse City Exploration
