3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and features master bath with hammered copper and nickel soaking/jet tub.

Bedrooms have a variety of high thread count DreamCloud sleeping options.

We are more than glad to host events and private gatherings, however we ask please no parties. Additional charges apply for gatherings. Please inquire for additional details.

The floor below the condo boasts an amazing medspa called Eternal Wellness. Guests who stay with us receive 15% off their services.

Serene getaway

We have stayed twice now and both times we had a very enjoyable time. Great condo to relax or entertain in. We enjoyed having a small group come over to play pool and cards with us for an evening, everyone loved it there. We also had the opportunity to enjoy it to just hang out and relax. This condo does not disappoint!

What a place!

Great communication with the host, the space is amazing with a spectacular kitchen. Everything you could need is there! Open floor plan, tons of seating options including in front of the cozy fireplace. The master bath is absolutely stunning!

Fantastic Property!

This condo is even more beautiful in person! It was absolutely perfect for Thanksgiving dinner with our small family. Property manager was very responsive when I could not find knives and dropped off a set that day. I would absolutely stay again!

22nd Anniversary Getaway

We had an amazing 5 day stay in this beautiful condo bear the lake and beach. Everything about this place was amazing. The amenities were absolutely breathtaking and they supplied everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. It did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Traverse City.

The property was awesome and great location! Our only complaint would be that a bunch of food was left in the oven that we ended up heating up so the whole house smelled like it and had to dispose of. But everything else was awesome

Mid-winter break trip

So fortunate to find this property available. This place was absolutely stunning. It was immaculate and beautifully designed. The property manager was very responsive and professional. It’s located in a great spot downtown, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The kitchen was so beautiful and fully functional. Probably the most luxurious VRBO I have ever stayed in. Will definitely be back. Loved it

Perfect for us.

The property is spacious and designed for a fun party. Perfect location in the center of Traverse City. The technology took a bit of getting used to for us luddites. All the mod coms and then some. Architecturally interesting. Comfortable for the most part but I recommend they buy a new mattress for the second queen bed and sand and finish the wood floors as one of our guests got a splinter with his socks on. I would recommend it highly if you want a special experience.

A 5 star experience

A great place for an “adult” get away. Immaculate and very well appointed. Beautiful views and an excellent location which provides walkability to all downtown venues. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions too. I can’t say enough good about this place and we will definitely come again. A true gem in a sea of rentals not up to par. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property. We only stayed a week. I wish we had booked two!

Fantastic flat in the middle of Traverse

Our daughter got married in TC this weekend. The location and layout of this flat was fantastic. It was a perfect spot for us to have base camp our week. Close to all the action on Front Street, but far enough away it was not a problem with parking. Everything was walkable. The girls in the wedding party did hair and make up there ahead of the wedding. Great kitchen to cook and entertain. Showers and water pressure were great. Plenty of comfortable seating as well. Secure entry with basically a private elevator to get you to the third floor where there was only one other unit. Great communication during the satay as well. Overall, definitely recommend this unit if you are headed to Traverse City.

Downtown Gem

I traveled to TC to plan wedding errands with the bride, groom, and in-laws. The condo was very spacious and had beds to sleep six comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked (we only ate breakfast), but there were nice coffee makers, a milk frother, and many coffee supplies. The location was great for our errands and downtown dining. Included two off-street parking spots. The host was responsive to questions, flexible with check-out, and provided a long list of recommendations for area fun. The bar located on the first floor closed at 10 and was quiet. Unfortunately, the nightclub did not close until 2 AM. Although it wasn't obnoxious, we could hear the dull bass thump of loud music when we went to bed. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the sheets and towels were nice. I would recommend this rental for its spacious living spaces, prompt host, and location.

Amazing condo close to everything!

We had an incredible time at this condo. The spacious open living area truly amazed us, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. We found ourselves frequently using the pool table, which added a fun and unique touch to our stay. The location couldn't have been better; it was a breeze to access the nearby beaches, parks, and the downtown shopping district. On our arrival night, we were feeling a bit weary, so having a brewery and restaurant right downstairs was a wonderful convenience. Situated on the 3rd floor, the condo was both quiet and private, providing the perfect retreat. The views were fantastic from all angles, adding to the experience. It's apparent that the owner pours a lot of love and pride into this condo, as seen through the stunning decor and thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Additionally, the property manager was not only friendly but also very accessible and responsive, making the entire process smooth and effortless. If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay, this condo certainly fits the bill.

We booked this luxurious and spacious condo last minute due to its close proximity to Crystal Mountain for a short skiing trip for our two daughters and their friend during Christmas break. Immediately after booking, Dereck, our host, reached out to explain the check in process. Dereck was very professional and attentive throughout our stay. This was very much appreciated! Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beauty of this condo. Pictures were complimentary, but seeing it in person is even better! Calling it luxurious does not do it justice. From the modern kitchen/bathrooms, to the well appointed furnishings, upscale bedding and tolietries, we felt it was better than the Four Seasons, Maui and Chicago! We hope to return when the weather isn’t as cold to enjoy the shops, lake and restaurants, all within walking distance. Seldom do we leave reviews, but this condo deserves accolades! It was truly a great find!!

Amazing stay - impressive and high end!

What a unique property and great location! The well appointed space is unique, high end, and very luxurious. Having a popular Irish bar on the basement level of the building was an added surprise and made for fun evenings during a golf trip with friends.11/10 and will definitely stay again!
