This private townhome is 4 levels tall and contains 3 sets of stairs.
You'll enter on the ground level through a private garage. To access the main level (living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room), you'll immediately climb one set of stairs. Go up another set of stairs to access the two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The private rooftop deck is accessible from a spiral staircase.
One parking space is provided in the private garage. The space can easily accommodate small- to mid-sized vehicles, but may not fit larger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks: The dimensions are 8'6" wide x 17'6" long. Had an amazing time here! All the instructions were very clear and there was information all around with how to take care/use things, which I greatly appreciated. Clean property and great location. Would definitely stay again!
The place was as described and a great location on the West side of town for walking to anything once you have arrived. We used it primarily for the beds, so can't say much about all the amenities but everything seemed nice, clean and new.
Walking distance to downtown, the fly shop, and plenty of food options. Steph was incredibly responsive, and the place was practically brand new and spotless. Loved the artwork and decor.
Wonderful host, home, and location. Had everything we needed! Was great for adults and would have nicely accommodated my children as well. Would rent from this host again in this location!

This property was awesome! We had two adult couples and it was a perfect size. It was very clean and the roof top deck was a bonus with the war weather. Plus the location was so easy and close to everything downtown. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

This centrally located condo had everything we needed for our girls trip Traverse City weekend. It was thoughtfully designed, well decorated, and had everything we needed. This place was perfect for our girls trip! The location was perfect! Walking distance to most things and a short car ride to the wineries. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities and more. The owner was very prompt in returning my emails and provided a lot of valuable information. I will definitely stay here in the future.
We were very happy with our condo. It was very clean, updated and perfect location. Steph was a super host and responded to emails promptly. The private rooftop with fire pit was a bonus and great evening relaxing place. We walked to several restaurants. There is a lots of construction along the water area so sometimes a little tricky navigating.

Slabtown is conveniently located to the downtown area. It was very rainy for our visit so we didn't walk much, but it is definitely walkable to restaurants and shops. The townhome's decor and furnishings were quite nice, very clean and it felt like home. We appreciated that everything you would need was provided, and that the kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with necessities. The check in and departure information was very clear and communication with our Host was excellent! We also really appreciated the very informative virtual Guidebook that was provided! We will definitely book Slabtown for any future visits.
We loved this property! Worked out perfectly for a family of four. We could easily walk to town, easily pick up bike paths and loved having a garage with the unit, with metered street parking (free overnight) when needed. The apartment is in perfect condition, well thought out and stocked for guests and the cleaning service had it spotless! The digital guide that the host prepared was also an amazing perk that made planning our stay easy, including having our grocery order loaded in the fridge upon our arrival. We would book again on a return trip! The only thing to be aware of is all the stairs between the floors. If we had toddlers or elderly family members it wouldn’t be the perfect fit, but it was no problem for us and clearly spelled out in the listing.
