caveat emptor - buyer beware

First off, I want to warn anyone booking with this listing agent to beware of all the hidden costs... My booking fee doubled with poorly listed 'hidden' costs. This buyer has a no-refund cancellation policy, so be sure you are aware of all costs before you get burned. Once I realized how much the booking was, I emailed, messaged and texted him to cancel before funds transferred and he conveniently until the funds transferred before replying back to me. Also, our room's smoke detector had no battery (see photo).
