Brand New Property in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!

**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****
- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am.

***Our Vacation Rental is zoned in accordance with Downtown Traverse City Laws to allow vacation rentals***
- 1Bedroom with a King Bed. 1 Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4 (pull out couch)
- 58” Smart TV with Spectrum TV, Disney +, and You Tube TV.
- Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches
- Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible.
- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer.

Capri, the place to be!

You really cannot beat the location which is about 5 minutes walking to downtown. We had a great trip in this particular unit! Everything was clean, well appointed and the hosts were very responsive!

Easy stay

Davis and Lisa were super easy to deal with, they were very accommodating when we needed to move our stay last minute. Condo is in a great location if you want to walk to all that Traverse City has to offer. Perfect for our quick trip. Will stay again.

The condo we stayed at while in TC was PERFECT for us. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was within walking distance of many of the things we wanted to go to. I would recommend this condo

Perfect location

The apartment was very clean with everything you could need for a short stay. The location was a short walk to Front Street and close to many delicious restaurants. The hosts sent very detailed check in instructions and were responsive throughout the visit

Perfect condo for small family!

Such a cozy condo! My husband, son (6month old) and I booked this condo because of the location! We were coming into town for our first getaway as a family of 3 and for family photos. This place was perfect for us!

Perfect location in Traverse City!

We used this as a base for our fall Michigan get away. Easy access from M22 and M31 for the best fall foliage drives. Short walk to front street with shops, restaurants and bars. Easy check in, very clean and spacious. Book this place!

Wonderful condo!

My wife and I absolutely loved this condo. Super close to Front St and within walking distance of everything. Super convenient and very clean. Hosts were great as well! Great communication.

Nice place to stay while in Traverse City

The condo unit was very comfortable and clean. The hosts offered shampoo, condition and body wash so that was a nice bonus. The unit had plenty of pillows and blankets along with a nice variety of kitchen supplies. The only issues were a slippery shower floor and parking. The parking lot is small and often no spaces were available. We ended up having to pay for parking in the parking garage across from the condo.

Mother/Daughter Trip

Lisa and David were the perfect hosts. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was spotless and smelled fresh. I called David for a non-emergency (I needed help finding the Detroit Lions game) and he literally walked me through step by step. My Mom and I appreciated you for doing that! Overall, we highly recommend staying with them!

Bay Shore stay

Property was clean, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. All information about how to get into the building was succinct and easy to understand. Unfortunately, my husband has some mobility issues and I did not realize there are no elevators to get up to our rooms. He had a hard time with all the stairs. The stairs are narrow and made it hard to carry luggage upstairs. There is no close place to drop off one’s stuff and park. That said, it was a beautiful space for the weekend.

Wonderful location

We loved that Capri 3 was walking distance to so many things— restaurants, shops, parks, and a co-op supermarket. The condo is a great place for couples or families with children. The king bed is very comfortable. The limited parking behind the Capri condos was in great demand during our June stay, so you may have to use the parking garage next door. Lisa sent all the needed information well in advance and responded quickly when messaged. We would stay here again in the future.

nice spot in a great location

this condo has all you need & the location is prime. we were able to walk to anything downtown easily. the only minor feedback is parking -- it's first come, first serve in the lot. otherwise, you can go first floor in the garage next door but may have to pay ~$12 if it's during the day. it's free overnight. overall, the location and convenience of the spot is still highly recommended, great stay!

Location is great and entrainment/dining options are plenty. Clean, modern, new

Propery is perfect for a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Close to several great options for food. And front street is just a few blocks away. The flat was well equipped with nice furnishings, the bed was comfortable, and it was Squeaky clean! Parking was not an issue in the free lots behind the building, but the parking deck is also next door for when it is more busy. The vibe of the neighborhood is really nice. The local bars brewery and restaurants made us want to be locals. We have been coming to TC for 20 years on these long weekend trips, and this one was one of the better experiences we've had. Book it, you wont be disappointed
