Description - Spacious, comfortable and clean! Kitchen fully furnished, towels, sheets, beds, king-size in MBR, full and twin bed in second BR. WI-FI-TV. Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Lisa was in constant contact with us. She is a wonderful asset to the property. The condo was just as described. Great shopping is just out the door and around the corner.

Lisa was incredible! This is the only VRBO where we were greated to the property. She was knowledgeable and provided us with restaurant suggestions. She also cleaned the condo extremely well. This was by far the cleanest vrbo in our experience. It was a fantastic stay.

From the bed rails to add to the bed so the kids wouldn't roll off, to the breeze of the check in & out, this stay was perfect for our family. The location was great and the park right behind the complex was the kids' favorite part.

A Perfect Cozy Home Away From Home!

This cozy gettaway was in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from some Awesome restaurants and souvenir shops. Lisa our Hostess was the Best! She greeted us immediately, even gave us a walk-thru tour of the condo which we really appreciated! My sister and i loved having 2 bathrooms in the place. Lisa even recommended some restaurants.

The condo was spacious, clean and well cared for. It was such a great place for our family to have a girls weekend for shopping. I can’t wait to come back because the condo was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There’s have a view of the water and shopping downtown is very close by

Clean and convenient

Great, ground-floor condo. Clean throughout and abundant water pressure. The queen bed in the ensuite was comfortable. We bicycled around lovely Boardman Lake which is quite close by and through the quaint neighborhoods. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

AWESOME

Spent the weekend for granddaughter's wedding. The condo was the perfect place to stay. So clean, so well stocked, everything you would need. It was so comfortable, walked right in from parking lot. Everyone who came by said they would definitely rent this particular condo anytime in Traverse City. Lisa was so helpful at check-in. Very close to restaurants & shopping. Loved it!

Perfect for a Girls Getaway

Three friends and I were on a girls wine tasting trip for a few days and this condo was the perfect property for our trip. Both the owner and concierge were quick to reply to any questions I had prior to the trip. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, beds were comfy, and anything we needed was in the kitchen. It was a short walk into town for dinner and shopping, close to the water to enjoy the lake air and sunset. We would definitely stay again.

Overall fantastic property and location.

Property had great amenities and would stay there again. Our one recommendation would be to replace the living room furniture which looked fine however it was past it’s prime and in much need of cushion replacement. Other than that, great condo and location!!!

Perfect place for a family of four

This condo was great for our family of four. It was stocked with everything you could need - snacks, coffee, toiletries, blankets. Having a king bed in the master and two beds in the second bedroom was perfect for us. And Lisa the property manager was the most attentive and informative I have ever worked with - and we have stayed in several different VRBOs. Thank you!

One of the best!

I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years, and this is one of the best. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, check-in was easy, instructions were clear for parking and other procedures, and the property itself was very clean and well appointed. There was even a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. The location is very convenient to downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen, and other local attractions. Note that this is a ground floor property next to the parking lot, so there will be some noise, but it was very quiet overnight. The blinds in the bedrooms only filter light, so if you're sensitive and/or are an early-to-bed type, you might want to bring a sleep mask (my spouse used one; I did not). We would 100% stay here again!

Great location

Especially if you have young kids. The park across the street is great to get extra energy out. About a half mile walk from downtown and across from sunset park. The condo was clean and the big open kitchen/living room was a great space for our family to spend time. A few toys for young kids. Don’t rely on the pullout couch for extra sleeping - we found the mattress to be flat and uncomfortable. The woman who manages the property was very kind and accessible.
