Nice amenities, clean, comfy, great location, good communication, and well-lit parking garage right next door. We’re already planning on making this place homebase on our next visit.
This is the PERFECT spot for a couple's weekend getaway! The apt. is cute, clean, and modern in a quiet building that is within 15-20 mn walking distance of Downtown & the marina/beach. The apt. has all the amenities you'll need plus a handful of treats for guests (I won't give away the surprise). Felt incredibly pampered. Highly recommend.
Very cute condo within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The condo was near places that we were visiting. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.
VERY clean and well appointed condo in a great location. Everything we needed for our long weekend was supplied in this nice condo. I recommend staying at this location and we definitely will return.
Beautiful and clean apartment! Walking distance to downtown. Only downside we couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work.

It was really nice to stay at this property. It had anything you needed inside the condo. The property was very clean and the kitchen included anything you might need. The condo was absolutely everything we could need for our weekend. The host was easy to connect with. Parking was the only drawback. Small parking lot, but there is a big parking garage next-door. You are able to park for free overnight.
Paula’s condo was beautiful. Well appointed, clean and great location. Paula was a great host — check in and out very easy. Very responsive and helpful in a answering the few questions we had. Parking not an issue, we were often able to get a spot in the lot (because we mostly were our during the day but then home and walked into town for dinner). Those times when we couldn’t park in the lot, no issue because there is a garage right next. Would highly recommend this condo and host!
What a fantastic condo! Perfect for a couples getaway. The location is excellent! It is walking distance to downtown, Boardman lake, and the bay.
The condo itself was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and supplied with everything you'll need for a weekend or a couple weeks. Paula communicated very well and we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Paula supplied lots of brochures and information on the area which was very helpful
As you will see in other reviews the only shortcoming is the parking. But don't let that sway you from booking this condo.
My wife and I really enjoyed this property. It was clean and super convenient to downtown TC. It was quiet and comfortable.
Only drawback was that the TV was a little difficult. The unit doesn't have cable and getting the channels we wanted was a bit of a challenge. That being said, we didn't watch much TV. The property manager offered to come by, but we didn't think that that was necessary.
We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment for a stay in TC
We loved the apartment! It's in a great location, it's clean and spacious enough for two. The kitchen was equipped with coffee maker and toaster - perfect for my breakfast. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of closet space. The 3rd level was a bit of a climb for us seniors, but a couple of glitches didn't spoil our 5 days there at all. We might suggest clearer instructions be provided for using the keypad to enter. We tried several times, and had to wait 30 minutes to get help. If you know how to use Roku TV, you'll be fine; we couldn't find instructions, but TV is not that important to us anyway. Paula did try to get the bedroom TV to work, but when we used it later, there was no sound. No big deal unless you really want to use TV.

Great place, wrong spot.
The condo was great! Looked brand new! Everything was clean, well kept, and even a few snacks in the cupboard. Had just enough towels for my husband and I and plenty of dishes.
My one complaint was that this was marked in the wrong location on the map. On the VRBO map it said this property was around Cass and Front streets. Upon arrival it was at 8th and Cass (outside of the blue bubble on the map). We were pretty bummed at first as the weather was not good and we really wanted the ability to walk everywhere, but we ended up just ubering everywhere and didn’t let it ruin our stay. The Uber was only $6-7 each time downtown so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but this location is definitely incorrectly marked on the website. In the summer this is totally walkable to downtown, but in a snow storm not so much.
Other than the location snafu it was a great place. Easy to get the key, easy parking (although beware if you’re not lucky enough to grab a spot in back you will have to pay in the garage next door), owner was responsive to texts.
Very nice place. Great amenities. They thought of everything we would need and had it ready for our stay. (Soap, Shampoo, TP, etc)
Would definitely recommend.
We had a very nice stay at the Capri Condo. Place is nicely located by town and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the Michigan Touches in the Unit. Very nicely decorated and was very clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. Parking could be a bit of a pain, but we seemed to luck out most of the time.
This cozy little apartment was just what I was looking for. The proximity to downtown festivities was a lovely 3 minute walk along the river, and parking was easy to navigate. The small kitchen and seamless entry into the living room made staying occupied, fed, and entertained a breeze. The bed was amazing - I slept like a rock. I would stay here again without any hesitations at all.
My only suggestion is to put a lamp in the living room. I can't deal with overhead lights. :) But that's my only suggestion, which says a lot about the quality of my stay.
Thanks, Paula!
