Enjoy this glamorous and private condo nestled within the fairytale-like setting of the Historic Traverse City Commons campus. This condo is located within close walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, hiking trails, and more, including the highly rated Trattoria Stella. It is just a 2 to 5 minute drive to downtown TC so you can enjoy all the city has to offer and still come back to your cozy and peaceful home away from home.

Great space. Great location.

Great space for a weekend getaway. Easy access to downtown TC, as well as the Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas. Accommodations were comfortable and as advertised.

Comfortable Condo in Great TC Location

The condo was a great home base for a long weekend in the Traverse City area. Lots of great hiking both east and west, as well as the terrific TC dining scene. The condo was clean, well stocked, and fashionably decorated. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location.

Wonderful place. Location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakery, brewery and a winery. As well as local shops. Nice peaceful historic area.Also the condo was perfect. Really nice and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing in the evening before bed.

Beautiful space

The apartment was gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Super close and convenient to shopping, coffee shop, and the hospital, as well as West Bay. Communication was amazing and would highly recommend staying here for anyone.

Great Stay!

We have been going to TC for our anniversary trip for over 10 years and this was our favorite location by far. The neighbors were friendly, the location is great, parking was easy, and we were walking distance from everything we love. The bed was comfy and Huge! And everything was practical and stylish. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful and Clean

This unit was easy to access and just as described online. The bed was comfortable and the entire unit was so clean. The outdoor patio space was amazing as well. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Angela’s place was wonderful and had all the amenities you could want. Check in was easy. It was nice having several restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to great food & shopping

We loved staying here! It is the perfect couples getaway. We ate at all the restaurants—PepeNero was our fav for dinner, Red Stripe for breakfast. Shopped the little stores while waiting for a table. It was nice to be able to walk across the parking lot. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place & a great location. Everything we needed was available in the condo (toaster, coffee maker, cookware) and it was clean and in excellent condition. I definitely recommend this property. Angela was great to work with, very responsive to questions. GTC has awesome hiking trails nearby. Perfect stay!

Amazing Place to Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is great because of all the shopping and restaurants right there at the Commons, and downtown was just a very short trip away. Our unit was immaculate and had very nice high-end touches. If we’re ever back in the area this will be the first place we check to see if it’s available. Check-in was super smooth and host was very communicative.

Cool condo

We stayed for a weekend to visit family and enjoy walking to several of our favorite restaurants. This unit had everything we needed and more. Beautifully renovated. Love the commons. Looking forward to another visit when weather is warmer so we can enjoy the spacious private outdoor balcony.

Great Condo in Great location

Such a great condo! We really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great, just a walk away to Trattoria Stella, Left Foot Charley, Red Spire for brunch, Higher Grounds. The condo was clean, and I am super fussy about that. Communication with Angela was perfect, she gave more than enough details for us to easily access the unit. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in trendy area

If you are looking for an amazing, centralized location that feels like a cut above the rest....this is it! We had friends meet us in TC for a weekend away and they really enjoyed this property. The apartment had everything they needed and more and bonus, it's in a great location for food, drink and sights to see. They enjoyed walking the grounds and we all enjoyed time at Left Foot Charlie (right around the corner) for wine and drinks. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in TC!

Green Couch Suite

We stayed during a storm, so a lot of the shops were closed. We ended up staying in more than we intended, so it's a good thing our lodgings were cozy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The only thing that could have been better was the noise from the neighbors, but there's nothing the host could have done to change that. Definitely recommend.

Wow! Pictures do not do it justice! This beautiful condo has an amazing view with a huge deck. At night enjoyed just relaxing by the fireplace and looking out at GT Commons at night. It is one of my favorite rentals I have ever been to. My only critique (very minor) is the hot water could have been a little warmer. Honestly, if that is the only thing I could find "wrong," this place a WIN! We will be coming back!

Immaculate and Cozy

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Asylum 58. So clean and perfect space for a couple. Love the are around the Grand Commons. Everything you need and away from the crowds downtown.
