Summary:
Within a mile of downtown TC relax in this urban, moody, second floor unit. It is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. This 2 bedroom condo has shared rooftop access where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
The Space:
Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.
**Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request**
All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.
**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.
**Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected.
***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.
Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.
There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.
Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.
Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo.
Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.
Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.
Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.
If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)
It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.
Please report any damages immediately.

Getting Around:
Head out the parking lot entrance for a quick jaunt to town. If you are looking for something different head east toward Holiday Hills, Putt Putt Golf, More food options and Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.

Overall a good stay. The size of the apartment comfortably fit 5 adults, 6 adults would feel too tight in my opinion. The dining table has 4 chairs only. The pull out bed cover had dog hair on it. They provided clean bedding and pillows however with some stains. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment which is a nice plus. The kitchen was very clean.

This place was amazing for a family getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was very clean and allowed our family to spread out a bit without being huge. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and extremely friendly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Another seating area would have been helpful when sitting in living room like a chair or loveseat. The 2 accent chairs were not comfy to sit in long term at night - watching TV or conversation.
Great! Didn’t have enough room at my M-I-L’s house and this was the perfect solution. Close to her house and right amount of space. Will definitely consider this option again.
Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Only criticism would be the kitchen set - it is too small and the chairs are very uncomfortable. Really need a larger (42"+) square or round table. Road noise is bothersome but it was expected given the location on Front Street.
Property was safe, clean and basic. About a mile walk from heart of TC Front st downtown. Minutes away from public access beach. The only thing is it does get loud at night due to it being on front st and you can hear the traffic. The hosts were great to deal with. Great prompt communication from. Would recommend it .
Great condo. Modern and clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the bowls for our dog. The main bedroom needs a blind and/or a black out curtain over the bed. It's too light in there!
We needed a location for "toast the season" that ideally put us between the two peninsula's in TC. We came across this property for our party of 4 and it was exactly what we could've hoped for. You only have one parking spot, but if you carpool it's non issue and there's close by free parking. We walked to most of our dining and evening entertainment. The location was so well suited for ease of reaching both peninsulas for wine tasting and not have a long drive to lodging after a long day of wine tasting and dining. Highly recommend!
The City Loft condominiums are about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area via front street. The unit was clean and suited our purpose well. There is street noise since it is right on Front Street which is the main drag but it did not really keep us up at night.

Condo was nicely laid out. Large bedrooms. Nice kitchen area. On the downside-the condo was built a little to close to the street and as we had a unit that was in the front you heard EVERY car, truck and motorcycle drive by. My husband and I had a hard time falling asleep because of that.

What a super clean, immaculate loft! Everything seems new and well maintained! Riley responded to my many questions almost immediately! Had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the easy check-out - didn't have to do anything, just leave and the cleaning crew did everything! So nice! Brought our dog and he enjoyed it as well! Was able to walk into town. Front street is busy, but the noise didn't bother us. But there were earplugs for our use if we needed it - nice touch! Thanks for a great stay!

Winter Stay for Family Memorial
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys for about 5 days. Both beds were very comfortable. Check-in and checkout was easy, and the host communicated everything in a clear and timely manner. Both the property description and the reviews noted the noise from the road. It was nice that the property privided ear plugs, but the noise was a bigger issue than I thought it would be. The shower in the master did not drain properly. did not drain properly.
Pros: Awesome to bring the pups, noise was not an issue at all. Even if other dogs were barking the setup was great so that we didn’t hear it. Overall loved being walking distance to downtown and close to a beach. Loved having roof access for playing cards. Rooms had blackout curtains which for a baby is GOLD.
Cons: only one parking spot. A shower wouldn’t drain so we only used one of the showers. we didn’t have a parking pass like I was told so I worried about getting towed (but after a bit the owner said it was ok)
Overall: it was worth it for the location, dog friendliness and kid friendliness. Just wish you got two parking spots!
The condo was very clean with great linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a new scrub pad and a bottle of dish soap.
All sinks had full bottles of liquid soap.
The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. There was a bath mat for the tub.
Our pup loved the location and we walked to the beach.
The property manager checked in with us.
We knew this was on the main drag and there was definitely traffic noise during the day (as expected) but it didn’t bother us at night. I didn’t hear any horns honking - just traffic noise.
