"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel. We were kept up until 2 AM by people partying loudly outside of our window and smoking marijuana. The night staff basically laughed at us. The front desk in the morning was equally unhelpful. "

"Friendly staff, great breakfast menu, the lobby is clean and beautifully decorated. Great parking and quiet, I always inspect my room and bed when I get to any hotel, house keeping is on point.. Definitely will revisit "

"Did not use gym"

"Rooms: Rooms were clean. The bathroom vent needs attention though! it was not working while we were there, so there was no where for the moisture to escape. Staff: all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast: it was good. Not sure you need the brown stuff? I felt like every morning, not many people were eating it. I feel like that time and money, could be spent on something else? Maybe a waffle maker? The fruit options you have is awesome, so pairing that with a fresh waffle would be fantastic. get rid of the brown stuff that is to the right of the pancakes. Outdoors - we loved the area in general - it was clean and there was plenty of areas to sit outside. We loved the gas fire place that is under the canopy near the pool. Though the gas BBQ pits were in terrible condition. The burners were rusted out, so flames aren't manageable and the thermometers were broken too. Just get rid of them instead of letting them sit there. Pool: very small compared to other hotels so it was a little cramped when there are older folks that want to relax, then you have young kids that want to splash and play. "

"This is a reasonable and clean space. 1 TV in the livingroom is disappointing if you have multiple ages and family members. Gym is impossible to find without asking for help. Lack of parking availability is a big issue. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and also becomes a paid parking lot on the weekends. Spaces reserved for Hughes with never a car in them but no spaces reserved for the Mint Hotel. It is quite possible, you will be sent a block or more away looking for parking, have to double pay (maybe get it refunded if you're lucky) and have to haul groceries/luggage. Since you have to pay a parking fee to begin with, this is a massive disappointment."
