  • Cosy cottage "Katja", built in 2009. 800 m from the centre of Karlshagen, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Trassenheide, 8 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue. In the complex: central parking spaces. Supermarket 2.2 km, bakery 2.2 km, bus stop "Trassenheide, Friedhof" 400 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
    3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Underfloor heating. Box-room. Facilities: sauna (extra), children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Beach chair. Storage room for bicycles.
