Exclusive house with 3 spacious units - just 100 m from the fine sandy beach in the dune belt directly on the coastal forest. Thanks to the gently sloping shoreline, even the little ones can splash around on the water and play in the sand. Usedom's long beach extends into Poland and is ideal for taking long walks on the beach. Highlights included: WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS 2 free parking spaces Sauna for sole use Activities nearby: Butterfly farm 3 km. Visit the “House on the Head” near Trassenheide and feel like a fly on the ceiling. Discover the house full of surprises, fun for the whole family is guaranteed! There is also a lot to experience in the Trassenheide children's area: whether it's a carousel, a children's railway, a western train, one of the many bouncy castles, a sleigh slide or a trampoline, which you can use to your heart's content at no extra charge. Everyone will find something to their taste here! Huge Lego bricks and a spacious fitness area with lots of sports equipment are also included. While the grown-ups enjoy a cup of coffee, the little ones can let off steam on the super-large new air cushion ball. Scooter cars and motorcycles as well as electric excavators and mini golf are available for a small additional charge.

Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis unbefriedigend.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, leider ist die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Verwaltung mangelhaft. Wir waren schon öfters in Trassenheide und kommen auch wieder. Leider war unsere Ferienhaushälfte sehr enttäuschend. Ein Haus für 8 Personen sollte auch genug Besteck und Gläser haben oder ein Kühlschrank der richtig kühlt oder schließt oder ein Herd, der fest eingebaut ist. Die Hausverwaltung guckt nur oberflächlich und Sauberkeit ist auch schlecht. Wir haben eine Liste mit Strafzahlungen bekommen, wenn Betten nicht abgezogen sind oder nicht gekehrt wurde und so weiter. Die Endreinigung ist bezahlt und man verlässt das Haus auch ordentlich. Die verbrauchte Energie, für den Kühlschrank, der nicht richtig schließt und kühlt kostet 50 Cent pro kWh. Ist schon frech. Durch die angedrohten Geldstrafen haben wir die Endreinigung fast selber übernommen und die Hausverwaltung hat weniger Arbeit und macht nur das nötigste. Auch sollte in der Anzeige stehen, das es nicht mal eine kleines Haushaltspaket mit einer Kückenrolle oder mal zwei Müllbeutel oder zwei Spülmaschinentabs oder ein Rolle Toilettenpapier usw. gibt und wirklich alles mitzubringen ist. Hier geht es nur um abzocken der Urlauber. Das habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt.

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege, super netter Checkin/out

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage, sowohl zum Verbleib im Ort als auch zum Besuch der benachbarten Bäder (zu Fuß und mit dem Rad). Das Erdgeschoss (Schlafzimmer, Kücher, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche) ist absolut barrierefrei. Wir waren scheinbar die ersten Besucher in der Saison (Ostern), so dass wir das Haus auf unsere Kosten die ersten 24h erstmal aufheizen mussten. Das Problem sollte es im Sommer nicht geben :)
