We love the fact it is pet friendly, they are so much a part of our lives and leaving them behind with the extreme weather was not an option. The staff are very helpful and friendly we have stayed before and probably will again

Weā€™d stay again at Motel Traralgon. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the twin bedroom unit was perfect for 3 women travelling together and everything was very clean. Itā€™s an older motel but the price was significantly lower than others that would offer us 3 separate beds. And the aircon was lovely as we truck a headway on our visit.

We were not happy with the room as it was not as advertised and in poor condition. We did not want to stay in the room and went to another motel. The staff provided a refund immediately when asked so it gets points for that aspect of customer service.

Didnt get to stay at Motel Traralgon. They rang to say they had plumbing problem in our booked family room. We were being shifted to their other motel in Morwell, The Parkside motel. Problem would not be fixed before next night either. We were told by locals that there was a big tennis tornament on in Traralgon that same weekend. We had to travel back from Morwell to our wedding in Traralgon. However, the management and room were both good and clean and tidy in Morwell. We were not offered a discount for taking the smaller room out of town.
