"Great hotel, centrally located, reception was great. Breakfast was varied to suit most people and as much as you would need. Staff were lovely. Breakfast room on top floor, sitting inside or out. Haven’t got anything but good things to say. Reception ordered Marco the taxi driver for us when required. Had a great time"

"The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close pretty much to everything in Trapani. The stuff is wonderful! So helpful and friendly an excellent example of authentic Sicilian hospitality! Last but not least the complimentary breakfast, including a beautiful assortment of Sicilian home made pastry . "My friend and I stayed at this hotel. We arrived on Sunday morning. We have friendly shuttle driver drop us off at the apartment and we were told receptionist won't be arriving until an hour. He suggested to go have breakfast which we did. Two hrs later we came back to the apartment tried to check-in. We saw a fews guys then they left. We approached receptionist, who seem confused and unfriendly look at us and I have to initiate about checking-in. He said apartment was not cleaned yet, but will be later. He hands us key and said come back after cleaning done and he will text and let us know. He explained apartment will be cleaned daily and towels will replace on 3rd day. Three hrs later we got text we can moved into room. It was not what we see on hotel.com advertisement. It was not as clean, bed was not made. There were no blankets or pillows. We have to look around for pillows and blankets that were placed in dresser and armoire. So we have to make our own bed. We used the same towel the whole week There were no towels replacement. Not as clean or sanitize. Each day they only come and pickup trash. No cleaning and no cleaned towels that was promised. Time to leave apartment for our flight on last day. We were told we need to pay 25 Euro while contracts said free shuttle from and to Airport. It was free from airport, but we have to pay going back to airport. It was misleading. I would not recommend this apartment. Very bad service."

"We were very pleased with our bedroom, which was spacious and clean and looked over the sea front with marvellous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque old part of Trapani. Breakfast was a delicious choice of different filled breads, rolls and tempting pastries. We enjoyed several lunches from an extensive menu, with beatifully cooked fish dishes. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and enthusiastic. Very convenient position for sea front and walk to fishing port and also right by the old historic centre. Most enjoyable stay and we would like to return hopefully."

"This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing."
