A cosy 110-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, located on the ground floor of a building very close to city centre. The location is excellent! All major attractions, the port, and the Cristoforo Colombo waterfront are just a few minutes’ walk away. Trani Station is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, moka pot, refrigerator, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with two double sofa beds, dining table, TV, and split A/C;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, chest of drawers, TV, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a heat pump, air conditioning (one split unit in the living area and one in the sleeping area), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, mosquito screens (in the bathroom), iron, and ironing board.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is simply marvellous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.

The accommodation is centrally located, within a ten-minute walk of all points of interest and the sea. Essential amenities are within walking distance: within 200 metres, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
