Great place with well kept grounds and comfortable rooms. The beach in front of it is amazing with natural pools that form during low tied which was great for my 3 year old. Will come back!

Ótima estadia. Críticas construtivas: em meio à pandemia, flexibilizar coisas simples como taça ( inclusive muitas eram de acrílico e não disponibilizada ) para uso no quarto após o fechamento do restaurante já que muitos vão de casal ; avaliar a eficiência do frigobar, pois fomos em alguns casais e em nenhum quarto de fato gelava ou conservou perecíveis ; manobra para não molhar o banheiro com o banho; e melhor iluminação no jardim . A estadia foi ótima sim e super recomendo. Café da manhã muito bom , atendimento dos funcionários conosco foi ótimo também .

Nos tratam como se és tivessem fazendo UM FAVOR

Certamente não volto mais! A recepção trata o hóspede de forma inflexível. Todos os pedidos foram negados. Ou quando acatados vieram como se estivessem “fazendo um favor” Até uma simples troca de toalhas foi recusada no primeiro momento, só foi possível depois que justifiquei q a toalha estava suja. Solicitei cobertores, pois o quarto era frio e não fui atendida, somente no dia seguinte recebi uma mensagem que deixariam um cobertor “como cortesia”. Antes de chegar Liguei por mais de 1 semana para o p/ fazer o up-grade de quarto e ninguém atendeu, ao chegar solicitei que a mudança fosse feita e obtive nova recusa (Obs: tinham quartos livres). Até mesmo no check-out informei que o quarto estava desocupado e eu estava almoçando. a recepcionista foi até a nossa mesa de almoço buscar a chave do quarto. Oi? Enfim... os funcionários da recepção não se esforçam em nada em acolher o hóspede. Já sobre o atendimento doa garçons, eles sim são solícitos e muito Educados. Talvez seja devido à presença quase que constante da gerência nas dependências da cozinha e resto que fazem o atendimento deles nota 10! Acho que a gerência deveria reciclar a equipe da linha de frente... eles afastam o hóspede! O parquinho infantil está mal cuidado (ferrugem e tábuas soltas). Pra finalizar: O hotel fica no meio de uma vila de pescadores, a entrada não é bonita. tive a impressão de estar entrando pela área de serviço. Se essa era a proposta do designer, ele conseguiu alcançar o objetivo!

Maravilhoso

Local agradável, atendimento excelente e um otimo lugar para descansar e curtir a família. A única exceção foi o frigobar que não gela, isso é muito ruim.
