"Everything was clean and neat, the igloo is unique and fantastic,but there were no slippers, no split shampoo and body wash and most importantly there was not any safe box, and it produced trouble when we decided to go for snow activity we should take all passport , money , etc.Breakfacst was good and multi items. Staffs were very friendly. The chack in was too late , 4 pm for the hotel with such high prices and that time there was almost night."

The breakfast basket in the morning was a great touch — fresh, local, and way better than expected. The whole place has a calm, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views by the river. "Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."
