"Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. "This was a real home from home with everything you need from a holiday rental. The house was clean and tidy and the parking was easy. Location is great for the beach and restaurants but it is a steep climb back home! We had the best of the weather so far this year so the excellent shower was a real plus."

"The property was everything it said it was. The only difficulty was getting the car into the tight parking space, that aside it was a fantastic stay and we felt comfortable and at home throughout. The attention to detail was great, e.g. thinking about occasional tables, lighting, sockets, mirrors. The quality of furnishings was high. Maybe a small bottle of milk and t bags in the welcome pack would have been nice, however, we appreciated everything provided and it is one of the best holiday stays we have had. I would highly recommend it to anyone."

"Beautiful apartment with absolutely stunning views. Well maintained property with all kitchen utensils needed, towels for showering and tea towel. Beds made up also. A bonus was a washing machine so able to wash costumes and towels. An airer was also provided. Was extremely hot when we arrived at the apartment and unfortunately one window was broken so unable to open it in the frontroom. Once we worked out we could open the sky lights having a breeze through the apartment was more bareable. Be aware that this is a loft apartment so you have to walk up quite a few sets of stairs to get to the apartment, there is no lift. So I would advise that really heavy suitcases would be difficult to carry to the top floor. Unfortunately parking is not available at this property. On arrival, the bay for unloading was being used and did not come available until around 7.30pm. To unload our bags from the car would have meant stopping in the road at a busy time and blocking other traffic. Also the bottom carpark was full until around 8.00pm, which is ideally where you would want to park. We had to pay to park at the top car park on arrival to Newquay at around 12.00pm and wait until around 8.00pm until we could bring the car down to the bottom car park, and pay again, with our bags. Once you are able to park at the bottom, it costs, at the time of writing this, £7.00 for 24 hours. On the whole, apartment amazing, views awesome. Parking and stairs could be an issue for some."

Stunning 5 En Suite Bedrooms Home with Sea Views

"We rented the whole house the ground floor ' apartment ' was a added bonus and ideal for my sons family who have a new born, the house is very large and a good layout which captures the sea views, we managed to park 4 cars which is ideal, another added bonus was the wc off the kitchen, the only negative was the sofa bed in the lounge had not been cleaned, the decor will need touching up in the near future but this wouldn't stop us booking this property again either as a whole house or split "

"Ideal location. Views wonderful. Kitchen very cold no heat. Website should point out clearly the lower floor difficult access. Handle should be at the top of stairs. Net Curtains in ground floor bedroom had mould on them. 5 pm Late check in and 9am early check out didn't prove to be good value."
