With its spacious rooms, variety of bedrooms, and cosy fireplaces, this house is the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant stay in Normandy with family or friends.
The property also features a very large garden where you can enjoy delicious meals and beautiful days in the sun on the terrace!

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

Located in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches, this large, renovated house offers all modern comforts in a spacious 160-square-meter home. In addition to the house, the property features a very large, enclosed garden where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a working wood-burning stove (we do not provide the wood) for use in the fall and winter, located in a fully equipped kitchen:

- Microwave
- Dishes

A table that seats up to 9 people.

A living room with a Wi-Fi-connected TV, sofas, and a wood-burning stove (we do not provide the wood) for cosy evenings by the fire.

A separate toilet.

On the ground floor, one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 120 cm bed, and a 90 cm bed. There is a shower room and a separate toilet.

You also have access to a very large, enclosed garden and a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy summer meals.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats), and a welcome kit containing a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.

You’ll have access to the entire property, as well as a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

There is space to park several cars in the driveway.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Tracy-sur-Mer is a French town located in the Calvados department in the Normandy region. It is situated on the English Channel coast, near the World War II D-Day landing beaches. The town is known for its history tied to the Allied landings in Normandy in 1944 and attracts many visitors interested in this historical period. Tracy-sur-Mer also boasts a picturesque coastal landscape and offers opportunities for hiking and relaxation by the sea.

There is parking for several cars in the courtyard.
Buses run through town. Bayeux train station is a 15-minute drive away.
