"The almost 100 year old family homestead was clean and nicely decorated. Our hosts Delon and Laura were very friendly. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Lots of birds. This would be a good place for bird watchers. Short travel to suck creek with waterfalls and clear blue water on the sides of the road heading up the mountain to the ridge of canyon."

The beds were comfortable. We stayed for the weekend to enjoy boating at Tim’s Ford Marina. It was a 10 minute or less drive to that marina. We drove over to Lynchburg one day also. No complaints. "

"Cute house! Perfect for 3 and wonderful location! Needs a good deep cleaning to clear spider webs, dust and scuff marks throughout. But those are very minor. Would definitely recommend and hope to rent it again!"
