"If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. We will be visiting you all soon Stavroulla and Yiannis"

"This is the ultimate vacation spot ever! Maybe the best property we've stayed so far. The villas are spotlessly clean, super comfortable, equipped with everyrhing one would need. The private beach is just lovely, picturesque, the sea is crystal clear. The location is perfect - secluded but yet very comunicative. There are at least 2 very nice tavernas at walking distance. The host Georgios is very kind and responsive - we are happy to know such a nice person.I don't have enough words to describe how fantastic our stay was in terms of everything!"

"The building itself is nice. I booked a room with a private jaccuzzi on the patio because my wife has muscle issues and we were walking alot. When we checked in the jacuzzi water temp was about 32c. I turned it up to 38c where ours is at home. We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. It was 31c. I went to the desk and she came back with me. She made a call to the mgr. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it. We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. It was 30c. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. Morning it was 29c. Went back to the desk. The manager was busy but would look at it. Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week. I asked for some kind of a partial refund due to that and she called the mgr again. He was coming back in about 2 hours and would talk to me. Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal . I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken. All in all instead of treating my wife to a nice hotel with a private jaccuzzi it was a big let down for her."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Youphoria Villas in Kissamos, Crete! It lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Harmony Villa and the view was absolutely stunning. The location and orientation on the hill felt very private. It was spotless both inside and out with well kept gorgeous gardens. The inside was beautiful and modern but warm. The outside area and infinity pool with incredible views of the water and mountain landscape was the best part. We could’ve lived outside from morning until bed to soak in the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous view. We spent time in three different areas of Crete, but enjoyed Kissamos and Youphoria Villas most of all. It’s located in a smaller town/village that seems less commercialized and more authentic and yet there’s access to everything you need with a variety of restaurants of all ranges, supermarket, coffee/bakery all very close by. With our beautiful patio at Youphoria Villas, sometimes after a long day at the beach or exploring, it was nice to get takeout at one of the local restaurants and enjoy our meal in our quiet space with the most beautiful view at our own pace. The location is close to 3 of the best beaches in Crete and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. It’s also only a 40 minute drive to Chania for an easy day trip.
