"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "We loved the onsen experience. We had never done it before and they had a “lesson” for onsen etiquette which was helpful. It was very clean and relaxing. It was nice to have a free ice cream every day after bathing at the onsen, and fun to walk around the property in our hotel robes. The only issue we had was 2 little kids running around and talking loudly in the onsen bath area which was disruptive, but not the hotel’s fault. "
