"The view is nice but the room was not clean when I arrived. The room smelled terrible when we got there and continued throughout the stay. When I asked the staff to change the bedding they only changed the blanket. Also you have to wait around 2 hours for hot water so prepare for that if you need to shower. "Great view on Batur Lake. Good clean rooms in silent place. Normal breakfasts but still simple. The parking place is a little bit outside and need to go on staircases quiet long. Better not to go on big bike till the end (Nmax) because it's really hard to turn back and need to go with reverse way on breaks for long time). "

"out of the way and difficult to get to maybe need an atv not a car?? We ended up not starting as out of the way, lots of flies and roads near impassable or good change you will have damage to your car."

"Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel. Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"
