Our employees had a fantastic time staying at this property and the home owner Frances was a fantastic Host. Even offering to do a clean/refresh in between an employee change over half way through. Was as described and out team loved their stay!

The apartment was very homely and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Loved having 2 balconies and an a/c in each room.
We were most impressed with the apartment in the West End. Very well equipped, spotless, comfortable beds, it was a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We visited Townsville for 4 nights and this unit was perfect. Quiet street and beautifully renovated. Host has left EVERYTHING you would need. Short drive to CastleTown shops for groceries, Strand and CBD. Great spot
This property has been nicely renovated inside and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. You need to be aware that it is one apartment of a group of 12 and is in the middle of 3 levels. Noise from the above apartment, drivers of muscle cars idling and revving their engines in the car park late at night and early in the morning, children squealing and yelling, and a pipe from the above floors passing through the toilet next to the bedroom, which drains the water from above apartment's toilet, are all potential disturbances if you are a light sleeper. Also be aware that most of the clothes and toilettries storage in the apartment is full up with spare towels and linen.
A fantastic and comfortable place to stay, had more than everything. Although not in the centre of Townsville it had easy access to supermarket, public transport and nearby touring sites
