Cabin Name: Knotty Pine

Welcome to Knotty Pine, a cozy studio cabin built for two. This cabin was totally renovated in January 2024 with all new cabinetry, tiled shower, stand alone bathtub & furnishings.

This studio is set up just for couples. From the gas burning fireplace to the hot tub for two, this cabin has been designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

Don't be fooled, the small but fully equipped kitchen is just the right size to cook up your honey that special occasion dinner. The King sized bed and oversized shower are both welcoming and relaxing.

Timberwinds Resort is well laid out so that each cabin has it's own privacy. There is a seasonal community swimming pool and large cabana that our guests are welcome to use. This area is quiet and very convenient to the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

CANCELLATIONS
In order to receive a refund of your advance deposit/payment, you must contact us in writing 30 days prior to your arrival. A service fee is deducted from all refunds ($50 plus tax). There are NO refunds on cancellations within the 30 day period prior to your arrival date.
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
