Early check-in and late check-out are limited, not guaranteed, and must be approved in writing. Approved late check-out is $25 per hour, with a standard maximum of 2 hours.

LVMR is not childproofed. The property includes stairs, elevation changes, outdoor walking areas, water features, natural terrain, wildlife, and shared retreat spaces. Guests are responsible for determining whether the accommodation is appropriate for their party and for supervising minors at all times.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Registered guests only. No parties, events, gatherings, commercial filming, or unauthorized visitors.
