"The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "

"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Beautiful cabin. Very close to town yet secluded. No neighbors can be seen or heard from the cabin or its excellent second story deck. A short drive to Cades Cove, the best place to see bears in the continental United States. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. There was a local power outage at 5:30 am, having nothing to do with the property itself, I called the host, he immediately answered and then called the power company. One concern is that the steep gravel driveway offers...
