The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.

Beds were very comfy. The bathtub knobs were reversed.( Hot on right, cold on the left), Very nice check in staff. But if you take their Uber shuttle to the airport the tip is not included. As I was told it was by the front desk staff. Very close to Times Square. Our cleaning staff was very good.

"No cleaning service for the room. No restaurant just snacks. The room has no curtain on most windows . Very humid in the room. Staff is very nice and responsive but they don’t enter the room if you ask for additional towel they will be placed outside and can stay there all day if you are out"
