One night stop in Tours

We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night.

TrÚs décevant et du coup trop cher.

Pas d’information indiquant qu’il n’y a pas d’accueil avant 16:00. Donc pas possible de dĂ©poser ses valises avant. Cela devrait ĂȘtre une fonctionnalitĂ© dans l’application car autrement j’aurais fait un autre choix. Étant parti Ă  un mariage Ă  20 km j’ai dĂ» insister pour avoir la clĂ© de la chambre car Ă  23:00 il n’a plus personne Ă  l’accueil. A 1h30 du matin le badge de ma porte ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai perdu 1/2h a essayer d’ouvrir pour finalement rĂ©veiller le gardien. La photo prĂ©sentant l’hĂŽtel est bien trompeuse...

Nous Ă©tions dans une chambre pour handicapĂ©. Nous n'avions pas la possibilitĂ© d'ouvrir comme il faut la fenĂȘtre et respirer l'air frais ou aĂ©rĂ© car on Ă©tait tout de suite sur le trotoir de la rue. Le Monsieur trĂšs gentil mais faut se modernizer un peu.

I didn't get the room I booked the bathroom smelt from the drains and I felt vulnerable with the people who lived in the area hanging around in the street . Apart from that when you walk a 100 yards down the road and across the tram line tours is a beautiful place

TrÚs bien situé

Chambre petite, simple, basique et fonctionnelle, hĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les dĂ©parts de la gare SNCF ou la gare routiĂšre, nous sommes allĂ©es Ă  pied sans problĂšme Ă  l'arrĂȘt Ouibus pour Paris aprĂšs avoir rendu notre voiture de location. Office de tourisme trĂšs proche, marchĂ©, commerces, cinĂ©ma juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© etc. La place de parking derriĂšre l'hĂŽtel est Ă  rĂ©server pour un supplĂ©ment, ce qui est aussi apprĂ©ciable, nous n'avons pas dĂ» dĂ©baller tous nos bagages et la voiture de location Ă©tait en sĂ©curitĂ©. Le monsieur Ă  la rĂ©ception a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos questions, aucun problĂšme.
