"Great stay overall! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Caoimhin on reception who went abive snd beyond for us. The room was clean, comfortable quire spacious. Location was perfectly located right in the middle of town. Breakfast had a good selection. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff was absolutely amazing- truly, the most hospitable and high touch service I've experienced at any 5 star stay. Nathaniel, Olga, Enda and the sweet young lady with the creative glasses (I didn't write down her name) were so accommodating, always thinking a step ahead. Truly, they went above and beyond to make vacation with my 83 year old mom magical and memorable! "

"Room and hotel generally very clean and in good condition, Nice little bar. Staff very friendly and nothing too much bother, seemed very interested and aware. A nice gentle walk into the very nice and interesting main area and short taxi ride home, All in all a very good experience and I would re-visit no problem.. "

"Staff were friendly and professional but unfortunately the room I was first in had a blocked sink and then the second room had no heating. I had a meal in the evening that wasn’t fully cooked and was cold, I did get a replacement meal but overall my stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. "

"Another fantastic stay, staff at this hotel are welcoming, friendly and are a credit to the hotel, they always make my stay more enjoyable, as someone who uses the hotel regularly it's great to be greeted by name upon arrival at reception,recognized by restaurant staff and friendly greeting from the breakfast team, the spa facilities are fantastic and relaxing, had a great room with view of the harbour, looking forward to my next visit"
