We arrived late to find only the building code provided—no door code. The host didn’t reply through VRBO, forcing us to make an international call to get in. The apartment was dusty, with hair and crumbs throughout. There were no linens or towels, and the host said they were “available upon request,” though this was never mentioned in the listing. It was only stated in a guest guide sent after booking (and after the reservation became nonrefundable). The loft bed was cramped and accessed by a steep staircase, the shower door fell off, and the TV barely worked. On the plus side, the location was great and the price reasonable, but overall this stay was frustrating and poorly managed.

The guest room included a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, furniture, tableware, cooking utensils, and WiFi, which made my stay very comfortable. The room also featured a convenient electronic lock. There was a subway station and a supermarket nearby, and the downtown area was within walking distance, which added to the overall comfort and convenience.
