Toulouse completely renovated, dating from before 1880, with the charm of pebbles and fairground bricks... and all the modern comforts!
Spacious house (180 m2), three parking spaces as well as a small garden, barbecue, air conditioning, salt swimming pool and wooden terrace.
You can enjoy in summer its ideal location for the start of all your escapades, as well as the intimate garden and in winter you will feel well-being by the wood stove!
It is a family home where everything is gathered to make young and old feel good. The charm of a Toulouse house with all the modern comforts: washing machine, dryer, American fridge, blender, mixer, raclette machine, crepe maker, 2 coffee makers (filter and dolce gusto)... 1 television, 2 separate toilets, a bathroom adjoining the master bedroom on the ground floor and a shower room upstairs (each with towel dryer), 2 hair dryers, a scale (which I can remove on request!), internet with fibre in all rooms and wifi throughout the house, Netflix, board games, children's books...
For athletes: a weight training area and for musicians a piano!

For more comfort, I can provide you with sheets that I charge 10€ per person and towels at 5€ per person for the stay, to be paid for on arrival.
In the same way, I can also provide pool towels at 5€ per person for the stay, to be paid on arrival.

I am usually present on your arrival as well as for your departure, and available by phone in case of questions or possible problems.
This house is my main home, and I make it available when I am away. I don't empty it when I leave. So there will be tea, coffee (Dolce Gusto machine), sugar, condiments, my reserves in the back kitchen, enough to make some machines, and everything there is in a house... but of course I count on everyone not to overdo it! Because of course you will have to do your own shopping.
You will have access to the whole of my house except for a dressing room and the garage.
You will have the company of my two cats, NAYA and NOISETTE who are clean, independent thanks to their cat flap and their kibble dispensers... they will only ask you for cuddles!
A cleaning service is included, however I thank you for leaving a minimum clean. I also remind you that the cleaning service does not include the cleaning of dishes as well as that of household appliances (oven, microwave...). You will also have to empty all the rubbish bins.
