I was very impressed with this hotel
I used this hotel as I was working at the airport for a few days. It’s a super clean hotel. Room and en-suite bathroom were a good size. Staff were nice. I walked to and from the hotel 15-20 minutes. It’s an airport hotel so not a lot happening nearby.

Chose this hotel because it was close to TLS airport. Was assured they had a shuttle for 04:00 hr trip to the terminal, but come early morning, no one to drive the shuttle. Night clerk got us a taxi that was great. Restaurant food was fake French. If you want a US hotel this one is OK, but don't expect anything memorable.

Modern, clean hotel with excellent service
We arrived very late for our stay (1am) but the front desk were very helpful and our check-in was easy and quick. The room (and whole hotel) was very modern and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of food options for breakfast, which was delicious. We would love to stay here again and would recommend.

I dont typically write reviews but have to in this instance, we selected the Radisson Blu because we have stayed at this property previously and had received a fantastic evening meal. so when deciding on where to stay for our latest visit i selected the Radisson as it had a restaurant and a airport shuttle service. once i booked and paid, i received an email that the restaurant was closed on weekends, and service was limited. we checked in and where told, oh no the restaurant is open, so made a reservation. the staff were helpful and friendly, but honestly, Chef boyardee make better pasta, and my wifes hamburger was still frozen in the middle. this is france, the home of haute cuisine and they served microwaved hamburgers and pasta, the guy that prepaid the food apologized and explained that he has no cooking experience, if the Radisson Blu would like, i would be happy to teach their staff how to open a can of soup for ravioli and heat it on a stove, because honestly it would taste better, great service S**T food, stay somewhere else if you want a meal over the weekend,

Room was terribly hot. Beds were tiny and there was a light in the room that you couldn’t shut off. Waste of money for a terrible nights sleep.

Ant in kids bed. No standard tea or coffee in room, just one bag of green tea. Called for a pick up at the airport and we're told it'd take a while so you might as well walk as quicker. Dismissive service. Expected more for the price

Lovely hotel restaurant and spa
Spacious room (on a standard room) with good bathroom and confortable bed. The restaurant is really nice offering a smal but varied carte. The hotel also offers a wonderful gym and spa area which can be reserved for single use during the pandemic and this a bonus.

Shower disaster
Very nice hotel, until I stepped into the shower. No way to properly shower without creating a flood on the floor! Took 2 towels plus the bath mat to mop up the mess. Also there was no soap or shampoo in the shower. If not for this, I would have rated this hotel excellent.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly, beautiful place, excellent room. Only thing I didn't like was the way you needed to insert the card into a box to turn on the lights. I did not figure this out right away and luckily when I came back my cellphone had a flashlight on it so I could find the box.

I liked the size of the rooms, I didn’t like the design of the shower, I got water all over the floor but the water pressure was amazing. The buffet breakfast was excellent, shuttle transportation to the airport was excellent, the driver was so friendly and courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others.

perfect airport hotel
Shuttle to and from airport. Very practical and clean, modern. We had a junior suite which is a very good size. All staff was super helpful and nice. Perfect option for very late flight arrival or early flight.

Very clean; great location next to airport; good reception staff, and was impressed that they looked after one of our cases for a week for free. This was brilliant. Service in the restaurant was friendly but was extremely slow which didn't actually bother us too much, but it took a surprising amount of time just to get drinks (which then came after the food).
