Hotels.com seem to have vonfused the booking and they had no record of payment. It took a long time to get a room and reqired persistence. It didn't appear to be the desk clerk's fault, and she finally checked us in (thank goodness).

Very basic, clean enough but a few broken appliances which need attention. Smelt of cigarettes. Walkable from the airport. Cheapest hotel around so I guess this is what you get.

Cheap and cheerful stay near the airport

Cheep and cheerful option when you're only staying a few hours overnight near the airport. Arrival just after midnight was easy (I contacted ahead of arrival to confirm how to get in - they give you a code for the door next to the gate) and check-in is done via an automated machine. Checkout via dropping the key at the reception desk was easy enough. Baggage storage is also available. More importantly, it had aircon in the room which helped given the heatwave passing through! 15 minute walk to get there from the airport, all along pathways, so easy enough to do in the dark.

After a few issues with the auto check in

A few issues checking in - but there had been a rain storm, but some guy came to mine and another travellers rescue - always worries me that if the system doesn't recognise your booking and it's midnight - what do you do Other than that all went to plan - I have stayed at this hotel many times as its only a short walk from the terminal . One thing I would say is the paying in area needs a light as the ATM card point is hard to see in the dark

Check-in and Cleanliness problems - BEDBUGS!!

Unfortunately, we had 6 rooms. On arrival machine wasn't working correctly. 1 room had someone already in it, asleep (room 26) One room was not cleaned or made up (room 21) and my room was infested with bed bugs, for which I now have dozens of bites!! (room 008) One room didn't have soap or cups too. So it seems that the general running is being completely messed up. I have been using this hotel for over 10 years, but it is slowly declining and needs it's cleaning and checkin proceedures updating. Really worried now, as I have another 3 bookings for this year and don't want more bedbug bites.

I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly I wasn’t disturbed either by planes or by people in the next rooms. Sometimes someone was smoking and the smell came through the window. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room was clean and working. The airport is less than a 10-minute walk along an alley. There’s a McDonald’s and a few other cafés nearby that stay open late. Next time I have an early flight from this airport, I will definitely book this hotel again.

I could not arrive this hotel, I called this hotel several times, but no answers. Next day I came to this hotel, but the hotel said no room because I did not come yesterday. I booked 5 nights and I paid to Expedia, but they just say it was cancelled. They said to go another hotel. But I found only one night and I paid hotel expensed. After staying one night, I found another lodge and I stayed. This hotel was so bad. Do not book this hotel. I request to pay back the 5 days hotel expenses to me by Expedia.

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement proche de l’aéroport, ayant un vol à 6h du matin. Malheureusement pour se rendre au terminal en pleine nuit il n’y a aucun éclairage rendant le trajet difficile et procurant un sentiment d’insécurité.
