The apartment includes:

Bed linen and one large towel per person are included.
No linen change is provided during the stay, regardless of length.
An additional linen set is available for €15.

Ground-floor apartment, which may be dark.
No shutters: curtains only, so morning light may enter.
Bed positioned between two walls: may not be suitable for everyone.
Two small steps to access the sleeping area.
Kitchenette not renovated, as shown in the photos.
Limited storage; the apartment is designed for short stays.
No air conditioning: the apartment can be warm in summer (fan provided).
Limited sound insulation: noise from neighbors may be heard.
The terrace is not enclosed, visible from other buildings, with basic outdoor furniture.

ACCESS AND CHECK-IN
Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone calls only in case of emergency).
