Les Platanes - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villemur-sur-Tarn, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden within an enclosed courtyard of about 10 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, fan, iron.

Outside :
- A walled garden - terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Villemur-sur-Tarn, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Tourist sites : Toulouse (the pink city, 35km), Montauban (25km), Albi (60km)...
- Sporting activities : Leisure centre on the edge of the lake of Monclar de Quercy, hiking...

Les Platanes "Je rejoins les commentaires négatifs quant à la salle de bain qui sent l humidité dès que l on rentre. Pas étonnant sachant qu'il n y a pas de VMC pour une salle de bain fermé. Ménage quasi inexistant, on a retrouvé une bête dans le frigo, branchement du radiateur de la salle de bain avec un domino d un goût douteux, pas très sécurisé. L hôte a beau être gentil, cela n excuse pas tout. Je ne recommande pas ce logement."

Les Platanes este alojamiento es pésimo, huele muy mal a humedad y sobre todo el pasillo.antes de entrar, faltaban muchas cosas que estaban en el inventario tostadora, bolsas basura, gel de baño, toallas justas, trapos de cocina, luz en el patio, útiles de limpieza escoba, fregona, solo el segundo día nos dieron una escoba y un recogedor viejo y una bayeta, una alfombra en el salón para tirar, el espejo del baño no sirve para nada porque está muy alto y lo tuvimos que descolgar sin secador de pelo ni plancha no volveré
