Cocoonr Agency offers this 38 m² apartment on the second floor (no elevator), ideally located in the heart of Toulouse's hypercentre and opening onto a quiet courtyard. Perfectly equipped for your tourist or business stay, it boasts spacious accommodation with a bedroom separate from the living room, a dining area and an office.
Its location means you can enjoy the city on foot without worrying about transport.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area and desk. The windows look out onto an inner courtyard, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. It is also equipped with a closet to store your belongings.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery... The coffee machine is a Nespresso. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin with mirror. A hairdryer is also available.

- Welcome kit: On your arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Keys will be collected from a Keycafé box, a 13-minute walk from the accommodation. Access limited to opening hours: 08h-21h

Le Virtuose "Great location but difficult access. 🙂 Excellent location and good amenities 🙁 No warning that it was up stairs with no lift. Lucky we are fit and only travel with hand luggage. Had difficulty locating lock box with key as it was across the road hidden by bicycles. Building not clearly numbered."

Le Virtuose "Toulouse, très belle ville, animée et citoyens courtois. 🙂 Ne s'applique pas 🙁 Pas d'adresse civique pour l'immeuble, difficile à trouver sans avoir l""aide de l'agence voisine et heureusement c'était en plein jour. Si notre arrivée avait eu lieu après 18 h, nous aurions eu un gros problème. Donc veuillez corriger la situation. Nous ne sommes pas les premiers à vous le dire. Malgré que d'autres visiteurs qui nous ont précédés quelques mois avant notre passage en aient fait mention dans les avis Internet, la situation n'est pas corrigée. De plus, rien ne nous a été indiqué dans les instructions sur le fonctionnement du porte-clé muni d'une puce pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble. Heureusement que l'agence voisine nous l'a expliqué. Nous sommes de l'étranger et ça ne fonctionne pas de votre manière partout dans le monde."
