Appartment close to city center, AC and car park
- Apartment in the Roseraie district, ideally located in northeast Toulouse, just a 500-meter walk from the Alex Jany ice rink. The apartment offers easy access to public transportation with nearby bus lines and the Roseraie Metro station, and is close to the ring road for guests traveling by car.
It features 3 quiet bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests, with three large double beds (160 cm x 200 cm).
The apartment also includes a large terrace and reversible air conditioning.
