The terraced park offers shade and hammocks to accommodate your naps, and a clearing with wooden terrace welcoming a large swimming pool of 10 * 4 m (equipped with a safety curtain).

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool in idyllischer ruhiger Lage und Meerblick. Theoretisch kann man zu Fuß ans Meer gelangen, als Spaziergang ganz ok, nur mit Badesachen wäre es uns zu weit gewesen. Die Einrichtung ist exakt wie auf den Fotos. Gut und praktisch ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es gibt sogar ein großes Regal mit (Kinder-) Büchern (englisch und französisch) und Brettspielen. Als Familie mit drei fast erwachsenen Kindern haben wir hier eine traumhaft schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Die Gegend um Hyères ist abwechslungsreich für Ausflüge und Badetage. Toulon war perfekt zum shoppen und in der Markthalle (les halles )haben wir lecker gegessen. Unter den Stränden war der Plage am Cap de Léoube unser Favorit. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen. Danke für diese schöne Location ….

Mobiliar minimalistisch

Betreuung vor Ort angenehm. Mobiliar der Zimmer lieblos aus Restbeständen zusammengesucht. Küche und Bad groß und gut ausgestattet. Töpfe fehlten, Gasflasche leer. Zufahrt zum Haus über 500m ausgewaschenen Schotter (tut man sich nur 1x pro Tag an). Haus mit Charakter, sollte aber vom Besitzer gepflegt werden. Schöner, großer Pool, schattige hohe Bäume.

Une villa de vacances à recommander

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette très belle villa, de son magnifique jardin en restanques et de sa grande piscine. Elle est meublée avec simplicité : ce qui en fait la parfaite maison de famille, où l’on se sent bien. La communication avec Vanessa est excellente ; l’accueil a été parfait et les conditions de départ et d’arrivées très arrangeantes. Très chouette destination !

Entspannte Ferien

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für entspannte Ferien braucht, die Matratzen fanden wir persönlich allerdings nicht wirklich bequem. Der Garten ist riesig, sehr schön angelegt, der Pool super gepflegt und natürlich das Highlight (nicht nur) für die Kinder! Zum näxhsten schönen Strand geht man zu Fuß gemütlich in ca. 20 Minuten. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.
