We had booked a double room with bathtub but only remembered after 10 minutes. The manager said it was too late to change but that we could leave if we wanted! There were also no drinks making facilities in the room and no lift.

Cadre agréable correspondant au classement de l'hôtel. Avis éclairé sur la possibilité de se restaurer un dimanche soir à Thoul. Une bouteille d'eau offerte. Un seul point faible: alors que l'hôtel déclare l'occupation possible à partir de 16h nous avons trouvé sur la porte un carton annonçant l'ouverture à 18h. Peut-être exceptionnel ?

Bon séjour, même si nous avons eu des déconvenues suite à un dysfonctionnement électrique, nous avons dû changer deux fois de chambre. Le directeur est agréable, et discute avec les clients, bonne approche.

Keurig hotel naast station van Toul

Net hotel naast het station van Toul, met een prima kamer en dito bed. Ook de douche was prima. Parkeren kan gratis op het parkeerterrein bij het station, direct naast het hotel. In de buurt van het hotel is weinig te vinden, maar het centrum van Toul is binnen 15 minuten wandelen te bereiken. Leuk stadje, alleen jammer dat op de zondagavond dat ik er was bijna alles dicht was. Wat dat betreft is Nancy (20 minuten rijden) een beter optie.

Pas de remise de clés tardives

Suite à un bouchon, nous avons constaté que nous arriverions après 22h30, fermeture de la réception. Nous avons donc téléphoné pour demander quelle était la possibilité d'une remise de clés après fermeture de la réception : aucune (pas de boite à clés, pas d'enveloppe...et surtout aucune volonté du gérant de trouver une solution). Nous ne demandions pas au gérant de rester plus tard, simplement de définir ensemble une solution pour une remise de clés tardive. Il nous a donc proprement suggéré de trouver un autre hôtel et d'encaisser la nuit non remboursable. Je respecte les règles mais un hôtel de ce "standing" sans systeme de remise de clés tardive est pour moi très étonnant. Et ce gérant se targue d être 9,5/10 en service client....

Excellent, comfortable hotel

Really nice art deco hotel next to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the canal and 10 minutes walk to the centre. The beds were extremely comfortable! Good breakfast too.

Hôtel pratique, à proximité de la gare. Le responsable de l’hôtel s’est montré très agréable. Seuls bémols: petit déjeuner un peu trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé et savons et gels douches peu qualitatifs et peu écolos

Close to the canal and Mosel river Toul was an unexpected find Friendly hotel close to the railway station (which was a bit noisy)
