外部環境整潔需再加強

戶外海洋花園步道在行走的路徑上都是落葉不然就是斷掉的樹幹，小教堂地板灰塵積很厚...整體感覺很久沒有整修外部環境，不過自助早餐種類多選擇多元，好吃又不單調~

餐廳菜色普通收取費用不便宜，遊樂設施中環境味道不佳。去室外大眾池的路線有點人煙稀少，房內電視因飯店位置偏遠收訊不良。以上等等我覺得與入住價格有些差距，下次應該不會再訂了。

整體住宿經驗還算不錯，隔音也不錯；但與曾入住之溫泉飯店相較，泡湯設施僅有室內裸湯和戶外大眾池，而看到戶外大眾池有點傻眼，算是美中不足之處...

戶外步道及環境破舊沒整理感覺外,連大眾湯池都感覺髒髒的,房間的杯子還有水漬,服務員基本的笑容也沒有,很難相信這是一家大飯店!!唯一的好感就是海景!!和網路圖片差很大,非常需要改善~

週邊環境得天獨厚，冬天衝完浪再到飯店泡湯，人生一大享受 飯店規劃獨特，巧妙的將海景融入於飯店的氛圍內，榕榕苑也是一絕

海邊的戶外泳池和步道因颱風損毀，原在大樹下用餐，也改成到飯廳，氛圍差很多，遊戲間的投籃機與電玩也撤掉了。房間有煙味。

Great Location with Unbeatable Ocean View

Glad that we booked the ocean view suite with hot spring water and a nice tub in our bathroom. We tried the public baths and were surprised that such a big resort only had 2 small pools to fit so many people! And the facilities were sort of disappointing. The outdoor pool was quite ok with partial sea view. Overall a pleasant stay, as the hotel was right on the beach, it was quite nice wandering in the park along the coast.

遠離市中心，交通不便，只適合自駕遊人士。 酒店溫泉可以，但男女需要分開浸浴（室內池）；露天浴場位置一般，欠缺周邊配套，但可以男女共浴。 酒店面向太平洋及龜山，天氣理想是可以看到日出。 酒店提供的膳食水準十分好，早餐款式多樣化。

親海的家庭旅遊

Hotel 本身設備完善，海景房間很酷 離蘭陽博物館10分鐘，早上可先過去逛逛，再回來Check in. 晚上烏石港超新鮮又平價的海鮮 回飯店後，可球類運動，可泡澡，可泡湯，我們覺得很OK!

感覺不好

爛透了，雖然東森的人員都滿客氣的、可是景觀餐廳在維修、停車場管理員愛理不理人，又相當不客氣、以這種價位的飯店、浴室簾子掛勾居然是生鏽的、裸湯的馬桶又是堵塞住的，我想、管理上應該有很大的問題、在這飯店裡一點放鬆的感覺都沒有、我想～應該不會給它第二次機會了。

Nice view hotel

It was a great stay, the room has a really nice view, however the hot spring in the room was really slow and the water isn't hot at all. The public one was ok, just an indoor one. It's a really quiet place, almost impossible to go if you are not driving.
