"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a Keurig in the room along with a refrigerator. Only complaint about the room was the shower. It dad one of those rainwater shower heads that make getting soap out of hair difficult. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, bacon, sausage and oatmeal. Juice, coffee, milk, and tea. The only thing I wish they had was Purell. I hate touching the serving spoons everyone has handled and no Purell in site. The bar was great. Food was also very good. Had fish and chips (excellent) and side salad which also was great. "

"This a convenient over night hotel . The staff is what really stands out . Hawthorne is friendly and accommodating ! The rooms are clean and the towels were new and fluffy ! The night was very quiet for the location being close to so many amenities ! "

"Clean room. No black out curtains so woke up very early. Very loud with freeway noise and no attempts made by hotel to block the noise. No carpet on the floor so room Is very loud. "
