Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Cap de Tossa", 2 storeys. In the centre of Tossa de mar, in a central position, in the heart of the city, 200 m from the sea, from the beach. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public car park at 1 km, extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, café, pedestrian zone, bus stop 400 m. Walking paths from the house 450 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 400 m, Waterworld Lloret de mar 14 km, Marinland Blanes 21 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

+ Excellent emplacement à deux pas de la Plage et dans le centre ville Vue sur mer agréable Grande chambre grand salon - Un des stores du salon cassé en position fermée pendant tout le Séjour rendant la Partie Salle à manger du salon bien sombre La machine à laver (commune) dans un état d’utilisation douteux(débranchée, saleté, poubelles dans l’évier de évacuation ) L alèse du grand lit Bouge bcp et Celle ci donne l’impression de Dormir sur une bâche en plastique (bruit)

Heel fijn appartement
Een super appartement en goed geoutilleerd. Veel keukenapparaten, fijne badkamers en prima bedden. Mooi gelegen in centrum en vlakbij strand. Je moet wel trap kunnen lopen. Heel schoon! Erg genoten van 3 weken in hartje Tossa!
