Very big Sardenian resort

The resort is huge, has a lot to offer, the down side is the food and I believe some of the rooms as you can hear noises from other rooms. If you are looking for conplete relaxacion better to go for the Villas as those offer more privasy and better views.

Beautiful beaches and staff was amazing. Beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. Buffet was ok at best. Resort was beautiful and great entertainment. Because the bed was uncomfortable I would not stay again.

The hotel claims to be 4 star but in reality it's 1 star hotel. Also when we asked to please leave 1 day earlier because we were so unhappy they agreed to refund us for the final day as we checked out in time and they then told hotels.com they would not refund us. Horrible hotel.

Go ahead, you must try

We spent a great time there, overall experience is very good and I encourage everyone to try at least once in a lifetime, it is beautiful and unique. I expected a better breakfast and a kids free / relaxing place (b each part and pool) also a lounge bar with some nice music for aperitivo. But that would be just the "cherry on the top"

As nice as this place could be,… It’s really not a 4 Star Resort! It’s run down, dirty, not kept up in cleaning nor landscaping. The location is amazing though!!! Sadly the breakfast was very basic and so were the rooms. You pay so much money for a very basic Resort (paying extra for towels and transportation etc)

I was quite disappointed with the maintenance of the Arbatax Park Resort’s territory. The hotel grounds are not properly cleaned—there are lots of fallen leaves and branches scattered across the pathways, and in various corners of the park, you can see old, abandoned furniture pieces, exposed wires, and pipes. The paint on many surfaces is chipped and peeling, which adds to the neglected appearance. In our room, the towel warmer was coming loose from the wall, and the plastic chairs were visibly dirty. Overall, the lack of upkeep significantly detracts from what could be a beautiful resort experience.

Énorme complexe en très mauvais état

Très loin du côté « paradisiaque » des photos, cet hôtel est catastrophique: énorme complexe impersonnel et très mal entretenu. Nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes avec la chambre et malgré les nombreux signalement, rien n’a été fait. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres et la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une cantine énorme infestée de guêpes. Les voitures doivent rester sur un parking éloigné (plus de 15min à pieds de la réception) et une navette passe toutes les 20/25 minutes pour vous déplacer dans le resort. Enfin, le personnel n’est ni amical, ni aimable à part 3 personnes rencontrées (1 à la réception, le chauffeur de bus français et la dame pour le ménage). Les plages sont minuscules et mal agencées pour les familles. Les piscines sont décevantes, vieillottes et mal entretenues.

7 dagar i Arbatax park resort

Tillbribgade 7 dagar semester med familjen! Anläggnngen stort och fint, rummet mindre fräsch - det luktar mögel, AC fungerar inte och vattnet rann i rummet. Har reklamerat men teknikern kunde inte fixa det, han sa att han själv toc hand om allt. Frukosten dålig och okunnig personal, brände äggen och toasten - flera blev irriterade på det. Maten på övriga restauranger var average till höga priser.

Ikke tilfredsstillende

Meget beskidt ved og i pools - blade og fugle klatter overalt. Værelserne var fine og pænt rene men alle udearealer var slidte og blev ikke vedligeholdt. Maden i restauranterne var under middel og der var ingen indkøbsmuligheder overhovedet i nærheden eller på resortet hvilket man vil forvente af så stort et sted. Man var afhængig af en bil så man kunne køre til Tortoli by og handle og spise.

Die Anlage ist veraltet und ungepflegt. Wichtige Infos bei Anreise werden nicht gegeben z.b. wie man Strandtücher bekommt. Tägliches kostenloses Wasser war nicht vorhanden. Meerblick wegen überwucherung bis 3 Tage vor Abreise nicht gegeben. Drei Tage vor unserer Abreise begann man die Anlage wohl wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Wie hatten dann u. a Meerblick und auch insgesamt war es freundlicher. Frühstück Katastrophe! Jeden Tag alles gleich und eintönig. War Käse da, gab es keine Wurst. Gab es Eier war der Bacon aus. Säfte aus dem Automat. Wenn leer dann Pech gehabt. Zu wenig Personal für die Grillstation (Eier und Toast) und für das generelle Auffüllen. Das einzige was gut war der Café! Jeden Abend Livemusik 😂 Ja da Stand jemand und hat das Band angespielt. Nie wieder

Für 2 Übernachtungen ist die Unterkunft okay. Essen ist leider Massenabfertigung. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe wo man wirklich gut Essen kann, wenn man nur mit Frühstück bucht. Man kann am Abend beim Buffet essen, wo auch das Frühstück angeboten wird. Pizzeria auch nicht empfehlenswert. Die Preise der Getränke sind mehr als überhoben. Die Unterkünfte sind in die Jahre gekommen. Strand bis auf 3 kleine Buchten total felsig. Personal und Schuttleservice lobenswert und sehr gut organisiert.

Området är jätte fint och vacker omgivning men boendet ligger en bit utanför närmaste stad. Man behöver nästan ha bil för att ta sig någonstans. Väldigt stort hotell område och långt från parkeringen till rummet. Glöm att du kan springa och hämta något du lämnat i bilen. Maten var katastrof. Buffén rent äcklig.

Flot resort, hyggeligt og med muligheder for meget, men der mangler noget... komfort var for os en mangelvare, især værelser eller hvad vi skal kalde det var skuffende..møblement fandtes ikke, seng, skrivebrod og et skab... møbler på terassen u-komfortable...flisegulvet snasket og virkede u-rent...normalt plejer man at kan lave kaffe om morgenen før man går til morgen buffet..inen muligehed det...ingen service--glas, bestik osv. så man kan nye et glas vin om aftenen...møbler på terasse spartanske..vi kunne godt lide Arbatax området, men savnede som sagt simpel komfort...samt wi-fi i hele området, det er for mig standard i år 2023... er ellers glade for Sardinien og kommer her hvert år... foretrækker at leje lejlighed som vi altid har gjort...vort håb var at Resort ville give lignende komfort..især hvad angår udstyr på værelserne/lejligheden
